 Q: When will I receive my order?

 A: Ulturapro sends order update emails as your orders status progresses. If you have received a shipment email, this will have an Australia Post or Courier tracking number that you can track on the relevant Courier website. Orders are dispatched with 48 hours unless otherwise notified and usually from any of our Australian warehouses Depending on your location, Australia Post may take up to 1-7 days to complete delivery. Delivery to Australian Capital Cities can be as quick as the following day including Inter-State postage. e.g Sydney to Perth or vice versa can be 1 day at times with our expedited shipping

Q: Why have I received an incomplete order?

 A: The items in your order may come from different warehouses. Each warehouse has different processing and shipping times, so your packages may arrive at different times. If you have multiple items on your order, they may be shipped individually or grouped together, depending on availability.

Q: How do I get my membership discount?

 A: Simply log into your online account and all applicable prices will adjust to the 10% less club price. For E.g. $ 48.35 now $ 43.51. If you do not have an online account, you can create one here. Your member number is no longer used/required online and is not your account password.

Please note: If you receive UlturaproNewsletters, this does not mean you have an online account and you may still need to create one.

Q: How can I cancel my order? 

A: To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team on contact@ulturapro.com. If we have already shipped your order, you can return it to us via mail.
